There are so many wankers that open their mouth as if they're screaming for photos. I can understand on a night out that they'd want people to think they're having a MENTAL time, but it's happening in all sorts of photos now.
So, do you pose for photos and if so which pose?
Personally, you'll be lucky to get a smile unless it's something like a family photo where it has a purpose other than wanting people to think you're having more fun than you are.

I turn my back if at all possible, hate getting them taken. Was at a wedding a few weeks back and the didn't manage to get anything more than the back of my head.
Some of the poses are hilarious though. There's a little slapper on my Instagram and whether she's on the piss, with her granny, or walking the dog, you could stick her to a window with the pout. There's usually some sort of butterflies superimposed over her head too.

There are very few photos of me in existence as I avoid them like the plague. If I do have to be in one though, it's mouth closed weak smile.
I've been around Koreans for long enough now to be desensitised to stupid photo poses (and inexplicably shouting FIGHTING! at the moment of capture).

I have a forced smile I do, but if it takes any more then 5 seconds for the photo to be taken I have to stop and start again.
To try and get it to appear anywhere near natural I need to mimic me starting to laugh, which is a bit odd.

Make sure you squint your eyes ever so slightly when you smile. That makes it look more realistic.

There's probably more pictures of me in the Mugshot thread than there is in life.

I think a wedding is more than fair game for photos. Any event like that I'm probably having fun and smiling anyway, but its more moments where somebody is on their phone for 20 minutes then wants a photo with everybody smiling. Go fuck yourself, darling. I'll force a smile at a celebratory occasion (on the rare occasion its necessary), but not down the pub.
