Due to a lack of details I can't actually tell but from what I reading the story, all this is doing is allowing the league to DMCA Kodi servers coming from a U.K. IP. At the end of the day forcing you to watch NBC at worst and not including foreign Sky boxes that exist around the world.

I can't see how a U.K. court has managed to persue anything further.
