Love the stuff.
Enjoying some herbal lemon and ginger tea at the moment. I do drink a big mug full before bed which inevitably means i need a piss during the night.
Anyone have a favourite?

They are both shit. If I am dragged to a coffee shop for some reason, I got for the hot chocolate.
Tea is less shit.
I avoid caffeine but like camomile and whatnot. The flavoured ones are nice, honey or spiced apple. Lemon and ginger tea is alright.

I don't like drinking too much caffeine, but tea is pretty great. I tend to go through phases of drinking loads or none. Coffee if I'm really desperate to stay awake or need perking up.

Coffee makes me hyperactive, so never that.
Tea. A single cup of English Breakfast or Earl Grey with milk no sugar in the morning. As many cups of green tea or lemon/ginger in the evening as I like. This usually depends on how cold it is.

Children.
I've started drinking black tea exclusively at work now. I always used to drink it white but the sight of the frothy remains of the powdered milk stuck to the bottom of the cup when I'd finished began to disgust me, so I've binned that off. Obviously I could just boil the kettle and use real milk, but the machine is free and pushing button and waiting ten seconds is a lazy convenience, and one which means I end up drinking an absolute shitload of the stuff on a daily basis. Anyway, I think I like it more black, is the lesson I've learnt here.
I usually drink green tea at home now. I'm not sure how that started, but it did and I very much like it. Coffee can fuck off. I quite often wish I liked it, because sometimes the fancier ones look very nice, but I can never quite get past the smell.

Latte in the morning as the shop across from my work gives me a free coffee a day as part of my bank account benefits.
Maybe a green tea in the afternoon and a regular tea at night.
Grind my own beans (@Giggles yeah bro) at the weekend and either have it just black or maybe froth some milk up for it.
We've got some excellent small batch coffee shops up here so I tend to just alternate the beans I buy.
Can't beat a good espresso. I usually only have two cups a day, and unfortunately they're espresso's only if I'm out somewhere.
I think green tea with Sushi and the likes, but other than that tops once a month.

I get really sweaty, especially when I've had a lot of caffeine and alcohol. One night I got really drunk at the tiny living room sized pub in town, including plenty of jagerbombs. My arse was so sweaty I convinced myself I'd shat myself (I definitely hadn't, but my paranoia kicked in and I just assumed it was really clear, liquid shit), and flushed my pants down the toilet. Worst idea ever.
Poor matriarch of the pub ended up having to fish them out of the toilet, and because I blushed so heavily when someone asked who'd done it, I've now got a reputation of a pant shitter despite never shitting my pants. The horrors of hyperhydrosis and being a total fucking spastic, there.

I think Costa were the first UK chain to acknowledge the existence of the flat white, so credit where credit's due. Surely Starbucks is the yardstick for shit coffee, if we're in the business of pointlessly denigrating the mass producers. Why are all their size options massive?

A stunning run of correctness there. Costa do a fine job on ubiquity alone, but Nero is the best stuff of the chains.
If you put some coffee beans in your car's water tank for an hour or so that would produce a superior cup to what Starbucks churn out.
Agreed. Nero do a decent espresso.

It must be a Jersey thing but I can't help but think 'retard' when somebody calls it a chocolate croissant. My mate did it and has since had the piss taken out of him, but he's also brought up that Sainsburys are calling them chocolate croissants as well. Everything is being dumbed down.

The coffee was one of the things I missed most about Australia when I moved away. That and the beach.
The quality of coffee is just so high here, and the market is dominated by independent cafes, rather than chains, and the overall market quality means that if you serve bad coffee, you don't get any customers. The tea here is frankly piss compared to the UK (moving to the UK taught me what tea is supposed to be), of course, but the coffee is just leagues better.

I'm a bit of a hot drink pervert.
I have:
Normal Assam (this is the organic, unbleached stuff, non-branded apart from Clipper)
White Tea (Clipper)
Rooibos (Redbush Tea Company)
Oatflower, lavender & limeflower (Pukka)
For my coffee as I grind my own beans I try varied ones, independent coffee shops mostly but I tried Taylor's and they were ok.
Also shout out to Horlicks but  @ hot chocolate.
