It was absolutely gorgeous, but the pressure cooker ruined the look. Don't think I'll do that again, definitely roast next time. However in saying that the veg was wonderfully soft and full of flavour, plus I made saffron rice which went really well too.

I'm still learning my pressure cooker it was on 'stew' but I'm not sure it'll ever work for meat like that. Yeah still testing the liquid amounts. But it tasted really nice.

Been meaning to get one myself as I use a fair bit of mutton and it's meant to speed up the cooking time loads.

It does. That took about 50 minutes including pres and de-pres and all I did was chop some veg. It's great.
