Most important meal of the day remember.

Granola and a pint of tea is my current combination.

Toast is definitely a thing of the past.

4 bisks of Wheatabix for me.

Apart from on a Thursday when I go to the café across the road and get a full English from Helen.

Poached eggs are great, a vote for both them and porridge when I have time to actually make something.

At work: Porridge and coffee, at the moment.
At home on weekends: Kraves (hazelnut) and tea.

I hate breakfast, I usually wait until lunch.

If I'm having it though I'll go for a sachet of this:

But I'll also add a tablespoon and a half of this:

If I'm having it though I'll go for a sachet of Cinnamon Quaker Oats, but I'll also add a tablespoon and a half of drinking chocolate.

Glorious.

Look how much better that is.

I'm one of the the best spellers in the world, but 'cinnamon' has me every time. It should clearly be 'cinammon'.

No because those chocolate flakes are so much more than 'drinking chocolate'.

I think it's Sama who knows exactly how glorious they are, I know someone on the old board mentioned them.

When working its a sausage, bacon and cheese muffin. When not working, I don't bother with breakfast, or lunch. I just have a fucking huge tea.

Daaaammmmn straight. My wife once accidentally bought the milk chocolate ones. :moop: Was a bad week.

I've never tried the one with 3 different flavours in it (kinda like a Kraves Russian roulette). You?

Aren't muffins supposed to be sweet not savoury?

Stick 'Charbonnel' before 'drinking' then. Still better.

Have you seen the calories in one of those bagel bad boys? Doesn't taste nice enough to warrant that many calories.

Work: A load of fruit smoothie, nothing, or a 'roll, sausage and potato scone' as the locals would have it.
Days off: Nothing until lunch or some absolute shite.

John

Isn't an English muffin still sweet?

It's just a type of bread. You could stick jam and clotted cream in it if you wanted a shit scone substitute, and you could probably make a sweet version if you were so inclined, but as they are it's more like a tiny roll.

If I'm going to the gym I will have porridge with two scoops of protein stuff, some syrup, and some coconut oil if we have any (if the dog is here, because he likes it). If I'm not I normally don't bother with anything other than a glass of milk.

Why go for a caffeine free tea in the morning? That's my go to drink at night.

Anyway I adore a huge bowl of cereal. Beautiful. And a swig of Tropicana. If I'm working from home this is followed by a Turkish coffee after about an hour accompanied by a cereal bar.

Toast with peanut butter, marmite or both. Sometimes I'll cook some eggs or wevs but it's effort. I love a full breakfast (Scottish > English) but it's just not efficient to make it yourself.

I've been having porridge lately with a chopped up banana in it.

Or cheerios/shreddies/cornflakes/weetabix if I don't fancy porridge. I never have just one cereal though, need to mix them. Weetabix is best cos it goes with everything.

Nah, if you eat it with just butter on it still tastes sweet.

It's like bricohe, isn't it? It's sweet but can be filled/topped with savoury stuff.

Iced coffee and a bowl of pho. Special K at the weekend, for a treat.

Been on the Krave with a cup of coffee this last week or two. Fancied a change from my usual toast, often with blueberry jam.

Two weetabix and museli. Sometimes have shredded wheat.

Weekend it's about porridge and poached eggs.

Apologies if you've already posted it.

Usually a yogurt with some raisins and pecan nuts mixed in. Couple of times a week I'll take a chance on getting a breakfast roll from Greggs that's actually warm.

Caffeine fucks me up. I can't have coffee, black tea is generally fine but I drink redbush cos it's delicious.
