[WTF] Enner Valencia Fakes Injury To Avoid Police

So, Enner Valencia apparently owes $17,000 in unpaid child support. Having avoideded arrest earlier in the day, police then waited for him on the side of the pitch during Ecuador-Chile.



Knowing this, Valencia faked an injury, and then zoomed off on a golf cart, into the relative safety of the changing rooms


So many questions;
1) Why didn't the police just arrest him when he landed
2) Why didn't the police just enter the changing rooms and arrest him
3) Why don't the police just wait for him at the airport
4) Why doesn't Valencia just pay the $17k (what is that? half of his weekly wage??)
