View Full Version : [Football] The 2016 European Championship Final
Portugal v France (Stade de France)
Kick off: 8pm UK time
Channels: BBC1 and ITV1
Build up: 7pm both channels
Who will win?

Ronaldo.
Sir Andy Mahowry

Greaseman.
Want Portugal, think France.
Want France, think Portugal.
They'll probably shit it out over extra-time or penalties.
I'm on my way now (to meet spoons and meet?). Hoping for the wife that Portugal win but I can see united supremo Pogba turning up.
I fucking hope Portugal don't win. They've been garbage. I'll never erase that 120 minutes of 'football' vs Croatia from my memory. Cunts.
Was trying to work out who's had the toughest route in the championships thus far and I think it's probably Italy, despite not winning the whole thing.
France have had to make their way past relative minnows in Albania, Romania, Switzerland, Iceland and Ireland. Their only 'real' test was against the Germans in a game they arguably should've lost.
Italy on the flip side had to overcome the Belgians and Spanish before being nudged out by Germans on pens.

I'm heading to the Garre de Nord and checking in for around 2. After that, probably try and grab a beer somewhere. Drop me a PM if you want.

Best by a mile. Shaqiri getting those little legs up that high is impressive, but Robson-Kanu managed to combine a lovely goal with some physical comedy so he wins. Like how Boateng toppling like a felled tree makes that Messi goal a hundred times better.

Eder for Sanchez? It's going to be an Allardyce/Davies special, this.

He's a physical beast, but has about as much upstairs as Anne Frank.
Edit: Pogba
Did I miss the story about Martial fucking Deschamps' wife and wiping his cock on the curtains? It must exist, because there's no other reason you don't put him on against a sluggish defence playing higher and higher up the pitch.

She probably had some interesting patterns in her hair when they were done with her too. Good analogy.

You're never winning when Moussa Sissoko is the one with the most shots on goal in a game.

The 4-2-3-1 leaves Pogba so far from the box. Kind of a waste, he's a better attacking option than Sissoko surely.

He doesn't usually play this deep does he?

Yeah he's better in a 3 in midfield from what I've seen.
Edit: btw they've been 442 I'd say. Griezmann alongside Giroud last couple games.

Gignac's HRK moment there. Griezmann should really have mopped up the rebound.
He doesn't usually play this deep does he?
Nah, like Reg said, he plays in a three-man midfield, as the outside midfielder. (we call it mezzala which means half-winger)
