View Full Version : I've just lost my job, and I love it.

OK. Had to gloat.
We are now free of the EU shackles, and despite the threats, we came through.
I was on here for ages, but when I got my new job, I couldn't post on Social Media.
Wonderful news. A hard fought campaign by so many, and it was well worth it.
Nice to see #Remain wanting another referendum. If the roles had been reversed, could you imagine the abuse.
UKIP will become the opposition. Of that I have no doubt. I just want to thank Corbyn for, quite frankly, a totally pathetic attempt to persuade Labour voters to remain. It failed of course, as uncontrolled migration hit their heartland in ways one cannot imagine.
And we have now gone from the back of the queue, to the front, in a US post Brexit trade deal.
Juncker and the rest of the unelected spongers now want the UK as an "Associate Member" of the EU.
The collapse of the economy has not happened (of course). The FTSE is up on last week, and Sterling is back to it's post boom when they all thought #Remain would win.
Eddie Izzard, thank you so much.
The BBC are gutted. Polly Toynbee even more. Geldof can now, hopefully, keep his promise anf leave the UK as we voted OUT.
Anyway, I could go on, but i'll leave you with this.
Isn't it shameful that #Remain had zero confidence in our electorate to decide that the UK can indeed stand on our own two feet. The myth is now gone, and we can all look forward to a much brighter future.

If anybody had seen the queues of MEP's waiting to collect their expenses of 620 Euro every Wednesday, and then going on a jolly 6 days out of 7, the vote would have been 100/0.
This should make up for Harold's absence at least.
Wasn't your entire life built around free movement, Chinny? Could you have opened your pub or whatever it was in Spain had we not been in the EU?
Chinny Hill
24-06-2016, 07:39 PM
Yes, because I went there before Spain joined the EU. And then, you had to have a means of supporting yourself before you could get resedencia (work permit).

Chinny is 46. Not my fault I went over there when I was 16.
Well done Chin. Bit early to sing the praises of the economy considering it has only been half a day of reaction.
I hope Boris can convince European business to stay here.

I've done, seen, and have more in my 46 years, than people like you can only dream of.
Suck it up, whippersnapper.
What confuses me is that 10 years ago, the board was made up largely of teenagers. So you were someone in their mid 30s arguing with a bunch of kids.

I was banned once for something that my nephew did using my account.
I'm not going through this again. I'm done with arguing.

Sorry, you're a bit behind the times. I'll fill you in. Meet Magic. He's the one telling everyone about the swingset he built for his kid whilst showing off beheading videos on his phone.

Give us a little glimpse into this brighter future Chinny. I get that by this time next week our currency may well be sour Skittles, but aside from that, what else do I have to look forward to?

If you need somebody like me to tell you, you need to read behind the lines and turn off the BBC.
The list is too long, and I can't be arsed.
A quickie. Everything #remain has said will happen, will not.
I posted in the EU Ref thread the reasons.

All the Harolds and Chinnies of the world have exactly the same speech patterns and methods of argumentation. Isn't that worth researching?

This might break my love of FM altogether.
