I knew I should have posted it at the time I looked it up because I could have predicted this exact moan. Posting sans Harold posts (note not those quoting Harold) was at exactly the same rate. Stop being moaning wanks and have a nice time rather than just necessarily analyzing your relationships so often a WDYTOE isn't even necessary.

We probably need to think about how we can get new members. The problem with The Dugout other than the site itself was the fact that nobody could really register. We've fixed that technically but it doesn't really make a difference if nobody new comes here anyway.
If you were being sensible and largely avoiding Harold arguments, it was just as dead before, and if anything I'd say it's picked up slightly.
It will die soonish if we don't get new members though. We are quite high up in google, which surprised me.

I was thinking about this the other day on the train. Get one of those free business card samples were they send you about 50 with VISTAPRINT plastered on the back, and put the URL on it and maybe a crowd-thought witty message. Have a few of us order them and leave them in places we go. Could be an amusing thing to do, if nothing else.
