That defence there was possibly the best thing we've seen this season. Outrageous.

Sainz has rubbish since he signed a bew deal. Max button bashing the DRS button in frustration
They’ll probably give Russell a penalty for that T4 thing. Shite.
Edit: ah they haven’t. I quite like these new race directors. White lines for track limits etc
No shot Verstappen let’s Perez through
Jesus fucking christ.
Ah fuck. After all this Max will win.
Hot melting Ferrari.
This race is carnage.
Nice to see Charles shaking hands with the garage there. You can’t imagine some of the other guys doing that.
Perez win coming?
The heat claims another Ferrari car.
Verstappen is winning this by a mile now unless he crashes off the track
Let's go Russell.
Final result whatever, but that Russell-Verstappen battle was epic and proper racing. Crofty's shite commentary didn't add much to it, Verstappen's darts kept taking him by surprise.
Spin again, Max.
Refreshing maturity from Leclerc, such a contrast to certain other front-running drivers when anything goes against them.
Team orders are still the worst thing in the whole of sport
Utter contrast to Lewis's constant moaning throughout the first 2 months of the season. The only thing I think about Charles is that he's quite harsh on himself, very self-critical (thinking back to Turkey 2020 especially).
Have Mercedes had a pit stop under 3 seconds all year?!
The best thing that's ever happened to Red Bull was Perez winning that race in the pink car in Bahrain, which forced them to hire him (a proper grand prix driver) instead of some other useless twat. Helmut Marko's shit decisions have been holding them back for years.
Hamilton wanted to give up less than 10 laps in.
Washed up disinterested Hamilton drives through field to fourth.
It's just MIND GAMES.
The drone needs to go in the ‘tried but failed’ bin.
They seem obsessed with shooting fast cars in the two worst possible ways.
Heat playing HAVOC with the faster cars it seems.
Here’s the big team orders lament now that it’s not Valtteri Bottas being told to move over
Russel was superb. Hamilton needs to sort himself out. Ricciardo is awful. Everytime they show him on track. People just drive past him.
Hamilton was excellent too – he had just about the best and most consistent pace of anyone in the field today. Six of one, half dozen of the other with Magnussen. Looked like Hamilton understeered and Magnussen was tight with his line/space.
The Hamilton/Magnussen thing was the most racing incident of all racing incidents. Both to blame, neither to blame, it's motor racing, shit happens.

That's an odd one, never had Bernie down as a gun guy but at least he had one that matched his stature.
He's a rich man in Brazil. I don't blame him for coming strapped. Especially given the Ecclestone's history with being burgled or mugged.
Different day for Monaco practice (all those years and it turns out you can just do it on Friday anyway) but very much business as usual; Merc look a bit garbo, Di Resta having little digs at Lewis Hamilton, and Ricciardo in the barrier. If Christian Horner whinges about the cost cap that might be a full house.
Di Resta is shit. He loves digging out Vettel as well.
The reason they gave was that the Friday was Ascension Day or something but really they liked having a party on Thursday and not getting up too early the next day. The yanks couldn't care less about the hallowed streets though so they have to do as they're told.
Oh dear Checo. Dr Marko won’t like you keeping his golden boy behind you.
Seems like everyone decided to bin it at the end.
The rain keeps pouring for Sainz too.
eScooter racing looks fucking terrible.
And, 5 hours late to the party, here's the 24 hours of Nurburgring.

Has Hamilton qualified ahead of Russell at all yet this year?
