Mbappe staying at PSG
If true. Smart lad. They must be paying him a mil a week.
Neymar and Messi already get more than that.
Fake news. RL is on some run.
What's that, nigh on €4m a week? Dear lord.
How do PSG fudge their FFP business? Do Qatar just pay billions to use Neymar, Messi and Mbappe in adverts or something?
Why stay there to play against ski instructors when the club who just won every trophy possible would happily sign him, and work with the best manager in the world.
I'm a twit
I was going to suggest he'd wind up a one-club man. Then I remembered he started at Monaco.
They'd be better off if they just built a standard top 3 French league side, got a great set piece taker and put Mbappe up top. Find as many Parisians as possible. Make it mean something.
Sack off the dogshit overrated South Americans.
Adama will probably return to Wolves whens his Barca loan ends. He will have one year left on his deal and has been awful since he scored two against Man Blue.
Sami Mokbel (Daily Mail but actually decent) reckons City are after Pogba.
I want to lol at them but you just know he'll go there and be brilliant.
He won't and he wouldn't.
Mind gamesing United into giving him a new five year deal innit.
Don't joke about that please.
If I have to cancel my Pogba leaving celebration, I'm going to rekill Mino. He'd be the Zlatan type signing that Guardiola failed at last time. He's got enough on his hands with Grealish.
Mad, a TTH-er needs to grab Pep and tell him Pogba is no good.
City have probably got whoever was in charge of the deals for Fred and Sanchez on the case.
Welcome to Machester Paul.
He’s so bad that if that is what it takes to get him out the door then so be it.
Great. I'll drive him over.
He wouldn't be fit to replace Hendrick in our midfield.
Haaland to City is DONE.
I'm a twit
That's the Premier League done for atleast the duration of his contract.
Unless he flops. Which would be hilarious.
I'm pretty certain he won't replicate his German numbers without all the gaping gaps behind defences, but he'll take them to easy titles (if fit, which seems to be a bit of an issue for him).
I mean they could have done that this season, had they signed Ronaldo.
I'm a twit
Germany defences are fucking suicidal, so fully expect him to struggle to 15 goals next season.
I was going to say Haaland probably looks more like a max 20 goal, rather than a 30 goal, a season striker in this league, which is all City need really. However, one of his strengths looks to be being in the right place in the box so the De Bruyne assist count might get a bit obscene.
I don't know, he has the physical attributes for the Premiership. He may lose alot of the pace advantage to deep lying defenses, but he's a big lump with a good first touch. I'd back him to get to 30.
Stop talking about it until @randomlegend confirms the transfer please.
I'm a twit
This made me look up Cristiano's goal record, what a joke. Between 2007 and now, in club and international football, he's 909 (766).
I do think if they got Sir Harold of Kane, they'd have been in for the quadruple themselves this year. Haaland as has been said plays in a league where defending is illegal. But I think he's build well enough for 30 in all comps per season, which is what they're lacking right now. And probably the only thing they're lacking right now.
Haaland is basically Lukaku, but more the Inter version than the shonky Utd version. I'd imagine he'll rain them in, given the amount of chances City create
Only hope is he fails the medical. He's refused to have his ankle injury MRId so far which I would imagine City will insist on.
Yeah then United buy him and he plays five games in three years.
In much more exciting news, United being linked with Pau Torres for about the fifth window in a row
Haaland is definitely an odd one. Whenever I see anything showing him scoring a load of goals he is stood unmarked in the 6 yard box tapping them in.
At least if he does turn out to be overrated his middle name is perfect to be turned into Erling FRAUD Haaland.
Let's goooooo
Feels like that old Liverpool boom-bust cycle graph could be used for United these days.
Yes I too read RL's post as him declaring we'll go undefeated next year because we've signed a youth goalie.
A youth goalie with a barnet of concern.
I mean I do get excited about transfers, but that post was obviously a joke.
