The Social Dilemma.
Gonna watch it for the craic. If I cancel any of them after it then they’ve won.
“Injury detail” . I’ll just keep the Facebook account so.
Anyone watching The Teacher? Given up on Trigger Point after the second episode, despite it being about bombs it's a snorefest.
The last two episodes of Boba Fett have been something.

Does anyone else just stop reading after Phonics says "it's almost like" and just shove an extra line in the "unnecessarily patronising cunt" column?
I made an exception this time because the post was so short, but it appears the post : cunt ratio is still 1:1

The ‘unnecessarily patronising cunt’ and ‘completely wrong’ circles are intersecting heavily yet again.
Over a quarter of the series where the title character is as good as absent a 'small side story', sure.

There is some theory Boba was supposed to be 4 episodes long but they have changed this run up because of covid schedules or something.
Agreed with the spoiler, Ian. I've really enjoyed the last two episodes of Bob after thinking the first few were mostly a bit 'eh'.
It’s almost like the Mandalorian is far better.
Has anybody said otherwise?
I think even the people who were invested in "the character" (i.e. thought his armour looked cool) would struggle to claim it's some winner of a show.
The Mandalorian is a far better show but I still think there were plenty of times the Mandalorian was too slow as well, which appears to be the main criticism of Boba. I know a few people who couldn't get past the first few episodes of the Mandalorian, and I know a few more that I had to convince it was worth sticking with at various points. I guess the key difference is it has those really great episodes/moments, and Boba hasn't had any of those yet.
Quite enjoying Archive 81 on Netflix.
Started watching Ted Lasso. Nate The Great is, er, great.
I'm a twit
Genuinely thought I had another one or two episodes left when The Responder came to an end.
Apple got their shit together
Watching Reacher on prime, decent so far.
Is he the full towering 5'4 the movies so correctly portrayed him as?
Thankfully he has been recast as a 6'2 body builder.
I mean, I haven't watched it in years, but this is an outrage.
Home and Away was always far superior anyway.
The old Neighbours thread was great. I've not watched it in years, I assume Dr Karl is still going strong?
I seen the start of an episode the other day and Karl, Susan, Paul Robinson, and Toadie were the ones I recognised in the opening bit.
I cant remember if there was an episode involving Joe Mangle and Ghostbusters or if I hallucinated that. Boyd's roids storyline though Steph was always fitter than Flick, but Dee was the GOAT.
Search your feelings, you know it to be true.
I was surprised to learn that Channel 5 pay most of the production costs. It's pretty terrible now, but I stick it on in the background. Rosetta Cammeniti was the top Neighbours sort. FACT. What a power couple her and Frazer Yeats were. That era was either the peak of the programme or just more appealing to us all as student layabouts.
Lou and Mishka are the undefeated power-couple.
If they're going to end the Aussie soaps, they should go full crossover/invasion.
Top Neighbours regulars:
1. Paul Robinson (arguably the best soap character ever)
2. Lou Carpenter
3. Steve Parker
4. Max Hoyland
5. Gary Canning
Top side characters:
1. Alan Steiger
2. Kimbo Timmins
3. Angie Rebecchi
4. Big Kev Rebecchi
5. Karl Kennedy's weird sister whose name escapes me
Worst Neighbours characters:
1. Ringo Brown
2. Andrew Robinson
3. Tyler Brennan
4. Mackenzie the whinging tranny
5. That gay aboriginal lad
They had another aboriginal character recently and it was proper 'Magic Negro' trope stuff. Donned Paul Robinson in business, fixed a load of relationships, nearly stole someone's fella despite her being a good twenty stone, and then just ghosted off on a therapeutic road trip. Oh. Thanks for stopping by.
Ringo Brown could fill that bottom five on his own. Fuck me what a loser. Managed to get himself cucked by Andrew Robinson.
Zeke has been ROBBED of a place on your worst list.
Zeke got a fake death storyline, was a pirate radio DJ, and got in with them sabotage hippies. He was an absolute lad by the end compared to some of them dweebs.
Dylan Timmins and his brother were pretty tragic.
I'm a twit
Dylan Timmins had a solid run as Paul's apprentice (and another fake death storyline). Stingray was a little melt though yes. He even died like a dweeb.
Surely there is room for Bridget ("Didge" ) in the "worst" list, Lewis? I remember the hate for her being universal in the Neighbours thread back in the day. Didn't Susan hit her with the car into the midst of one of her MS episodes?
