Is Futbin right for the cost of the Mexican and Belgian league SBC's? If so, why have they both gone up so much?

I got Johnathan from my first attempt at the TOTSSF SBC and Paulinho from my second. Paulinho goes straight into the first team as my box to box man, but Johnathan is 3rd choice in my Brazilian team and 6th overall so he won't play much.
Paulinho is very good. He's a bit of a tank but that's absolutely acceptable the way I use that position and he's fucking solid.

Those objectives look decent. Probably crack on with the SB ones using the glitch and then play the rivals when I need them for weeklies.
Perhaps stupid question but what glitch?
The one where you do a fake shot + cross and then the AI doesn't tackle you so you can waste time after scoring a couple of goals or whatever you need for the objective
