I think it will be alright for that sort of price. They desperately need some other options on the right, and there isn't an obvious wait until the summer MEGA transfer there (other than Bareth Gale, which is never happening).

Agree with Sincere. Whatever Simeones manager style on the sideline, he's achieved a hell of a lot with Athletico, and his teams have a distinct style that builds from the back and promotes a bit of a hard spirit in his teams. Mourinho is much the same, he's not quite as shouty or anything (don't know if that's relevant).
Arsenal needs someone who comes in and says "fuck this shit, you can't play like this anymore this isn't Barcelona". It will all go to shit for a few years, but better rip the band aid at some point.
While I can sort of understand why he might be a bit pissed over this, taking legal action seems a little precious to be honest.
