MX Player is just a video player, like VLC.

Worst part is he already has an android box which he says "is crap, always buffers" and his mates have told him how marvellous Firesticks are.

NJM Soccer does the job when I have to use it. I wasn't sure it'd work, as I don't have a TV package from virgin, just broadband, but a signal splitter and away I went. Getting a second one for my Dad.

For those who can't be fucked with Kodi/downloading/streaming sites full of fake films and ads:
Type index of /movies/2017 into Google and pick site. Replace year for older films. Replace movies with tvshows or music if you want them instead. DL2 is a good link. Index of /film/ is another good one.
If on PC, right click on film you want, copy link address, open vlc, file > open network stream and paste link, open, wait 10-30 seconds, ta da.
Also it works on phone streaming too, but instead of copying link, just click on it. Dunno about tablets as not tried.

Nope its the old piracy, indexing via search engines was a big thing way back, but most had moved on to better tech.
I search for fonts that way. "index of" "<font name>" "otf". It never fails.

I dunno. I gave up on it a while ago. I went to renew at the start of the season and renewals weren't open. They'd been having difficulties so they were offering two weeks free with a code as a good will gesture. I got that and it didn't even work all the time so I never bothered paying to renew after that.
I've got an active sub and I don't even bother with it anymore. It's worse than free streams.
There's been a few free codes but I've just been activating them and not bothering with it cos all the Liverpool games so far have been on sky. The real test is tonight vs Sevilla and then 3PM saturday vs Burnley.

I now use SportsAccess. You have to pay with bitcoin. Its superb. Its just for sport which is all i need it for.

Yep, in time they'll all go to shit. It's the same with file sharing hosts. 10 years ago everyone used Rapidshare. Then there was MegaUpload. Then Fileshare, hotfile, and so on and so on. That's why it's always best to stick to 6 months or under for a subscription length, even if it doesn't work out as good value.
Football teams are now doing there own subscriptions to watch games for users OUTSIDE of the host country. Its a good idea if you ask me. You can work around that with a simple free VPN. That is probably the future once they can work out a deal.
I'd pay quite a bit to get a proper, legal stream for every United game.

Is there not one you can use with VPN? We've had one for years. Ł6 a game or Ł25 a month.

For legal streams to happen here they'd have to get rid of the "no 3pm games on TV" rule.
To be honest, I've Sky Sports which have the midday and 3pm live Saturday and two Sunday (plus GAA, NFL, and golf), RTE have some league of Ireland, the international qualifiers, the GAA, and Wednesday CL, TV3 have Tuesday CL, and C4 have half the F1. Plus I've Gamepass for the NFL that sky don't have, so I'm pretty much covered and even though it isn't cheap at least I know it all works.
All I'm missing is the college football, the league of Ireland on Eir (my TV supplier won't do BT/Eir), and the other half of the F1 but I can live without it.

I have taken to using plexus and grabbing a steam ID from reddit when the game isnt available for me for free on NBC (since they started charging for some games). So should save a step hopefully.

Just UK TV. You can add IPTV which I think would include 3pm kick offs. If Liverpool are ever 3pm I just stream it.

I use Covenant but it wasn’t working on Friday when I tried. Not sure if it’s a problem at my end though. I did update it but soon sacked it off and just watched something on Wrestling On Demand instead.
