I hate myself, I'm sick and I want to die.

No, this isn't a suicide note. I just wanted your attention.

What are your short comings? The things that are small but you could improve on. I'm so stupid, I stick up for people all the time, I call my managers wankers if they say something I don't agree with. I get away with it, because I work so hard.

However, I've got into trouble because some fucker I hate gets in bother all the time, usually for a reason, but this time he did nothing wrong and got pulled into a meeting for it.

I was fucking fuking at the injustice, so like a true moron, I drank shit tons, then sent my bosses boss a message on facebook, calling him pathetic. Now I don't even like the kid but I can't stay quiet, I had to call my bosses boss a cunt. Now I might get sacked.

What do you do, that you wish you could stop.

    Bit did you join PCS?

Meeting people. I don't do enough of that shit. I was better at it when the workforce was a bit younger and fitter, even if I mostly tagged along. I spend too much of my day in silence, if I'm honest.

I really lack ambition and drive, and I'm happy to just bumble along. But then, a decent proportion of people I know who are driven and ambitious are boring wankers so I'm not too bothered. If I'm still in a dead-end job doing fuck all with my life in my mid-30s rather than my mid-20s that might change.

I'm very conservative with my food, to the extent that a hardly ever try and cook anything new unless the situation forces my hand. Not sure why really.

That's my idea of hell. I get fucked off if I eat the same meal twice in a week.

I always order stuff at a restaurant that I can't or haven't made at home, even if I like other things better.

Yeah, I can't have the same thing two days running. My parents have settled into that rut since I've left. They only liven it up when I come around.

I'd happily eat chicken fillet rolls every day forever. Used to be really interested in food and cooking but I've lost it.

I do this too. Half my family gets a steak every time and it just seems so dull. I want to experience as much as possible, not just do the same shit over and over.

    Yep.

I refuse to go to an Italian nearby because they don't change the menu ever so I've ended up trying everything I want to try.

I think that's also why I'm not overly keen on Italian, as most of it is fairly easy to do yourself. Although the stuff I tried in Venice was incredible.

I would like to try fillet of fish, but if I'm ever in McDonald's it's normally because I've given up. Oreo McFlurry is good, though.

You refuse? As in other people suggest it for a family meal or whatever and you make everyone go somewhere else because you've already tried it all? What an arsehole.

My Mum suggests it as she likes it a lot and I suggest somewhere different.

Refuse is strong as I wouldn't kick my toys out of the pram and would go. Everyone just knows that I dislike the place because of a lack of options and thus it's boring.

Other than Eastern Europe...(dats the joke)

I'm onboard with trying things you can't or unlikely to make at home but if somewhere sells good food then it seems a bit mental to rule it out because you can cook good spaghetti at home.

I'm always conflicted as regards ordering new things (or straying from orthodoxy as I prefer to call it). There's definitely a case to be made for trying something different, but more often than not there is the bitter taste of regret that you didn't just go for something you knew would be good. It's why I don't often order steak out, but often end up thinking I should have when the 'tripe a la Caen' turns out to be fairly shite.

Straying from orthodoxy in a bog standard Italian (or anywhere fairly standard in their menu) is a mug's game.

My local spot does a basket of chips, goujons, cocktail sausages, and spring rolls. I could go to every restaurant in a hundred kilometer radius and I wouldn't find anything I enjoy as much.

I'd only make a strong case against going somewhere crap. Not because it didn't change its menu every day.

Why would you need a bib to eat that? There's not one thing, bar maybe the middle of a spring roll, that could drop on your front.

To be fair, I can sort of get on board with Giggles on that one. The BBQ burger from Wetherspoons is about £6 (with a pint) and I enjoy that more than the vast majority of things I eat at restaurants.

Neither would I but it's not that great, it's fairly standard.

The restaurant I went to in Venice though, that was a different story but I think that's largely because of the quality of seafood that they have access to.

I'm a bit the same. Streak of nihilism I guess, or something. People I think can find me a bit demotivating because I punch holes in their (usually unrealistic) ideas.

I like to get a good mix of experimentation and safe classics. I reckon I go out for food every couple of weeks, and I reckon 75% of the time I try something new, but the rest of the time I'll have something I've had before and really enjoyed.

This excludes places like crap indians, as you're just getting the same base sauce anyway, or fish & chip shops because I'm not really that fussed about experimenting with their shit "southern fried chicken" or the optimistically titled "luxury kebab" at my local place.

It sounds a lot like my staple first year of uni dinner. Baguette, supermarket own brand "breaded chicken escalope" or similar, lots of mayo, loads of ketchup. Maybe a bit of lettuce. God knows how I gained 4 stone in freshers.

Breaded chicken fillet cut up into a baguette. The norm is you get asked if the roll is to be white/brown, the chicken is to be plain/spicy/southern fried, and butter/mayonnaise. Most places then give you 3 choices from the salad counter to put on it also (lettuce, onions tomato, and all that other shit that has no place on it).

My usual is with butter and mayonnaise and grated cheese. All on first so the chicken has melted the cheese a bit by the time you open it. If they've stuffing then that too.

€4 with a can of choice. There's not a petrol station in the country doesn't sell them.

    (without the tomato).

Preferably it's not a real chicken fillet, but the processed kind as the msg and all makes it taste nicer.

Of course they do. When you're up and down motorways what are you meant to do. Find a town and try to park somewhere in it so you can find a middle class artisan cafe? And then work late to make up all the time you wasted.

    That's exactly what it is

The mayonnaise/butter combo is what makes it though, so if they didn't have cheese then no biggie.
