I was only on page 222 of 230 on the old Dugout.
Need it to re-open so i can finish off reading it!
Hopefully this thread will be just as good...
Once Yevrah gets here, it'll be business as usual.
To recap, we managed to sneak into the knock out round.
We then got drawn against Inter Milan who are leading Seria A.
Here's how that went:

Hope people don't mind I'm posting about my FM 11 career. It's my preferred version, has the right amount of detail and speed for me.
Anyway, re the Premier League season 2025/26, Newcastle are controlling it as we enter the business end of the season.
Next league match is vs Newcastle. 6 pointer
Here's what happened:

Drew the next match against Ipswich 1-1 with a 90 min equaliser.
Newcastle also drew 2-2 after coming back from 2-0 against spurs.
If I get another SD card I might give FM Classic another go. I had to take it from the tablet for my dashcam.
I could try the full game on my work laptop, but I think it's pish (the laptop).
The countdown is on for the end of season...I've been trying to score as many goals as i can to cover the goal difference eventuality...
My remaining fixture list:
Newcastle's remaining fixture list:
Champions League Quarter Finals. i was drawn Man Utd, hate playing english teams in Europe.

4 league games left, Newcastle draw away to Ipswich with ten men to drop two points. One point in it.
Getting close this. A reminder of what happened last season. PS. Mourinho is in charge of Newcastle.

Just played the FA Cup Semi Final...great game, but now my players are fucked for the Champions League Semi Final.
Just signed this lad and am quite pleased.

Going to bin off Tielemans I think. He's had plenty of playing time but has barely done anything in the three years I've had him.
Champions League group: Leverkusen, Saint-Etienne, Genoa
That's fucking winnable.
Turns out the laptop should run FM better. Can it be transferred to a different machine?
The game? Yeah just log in with your steam account and authorize it.
This is getting tight...and all too familiar.
Two games to go, both us and Newcastle won our last 2 matches.
These are the remaining fixtures, both have Europe to contend with.
Liverpool
Newcastle
You'll note that i dispatched Marseille in the Champs League semi finals, but sadly my old tteam Feyenoord did not make it through.
I'm potentially on for winning the quadruple, or i could finish with winning only a League Cup.
Man City could ruin both our seasons here..
Excited?
Watched this match, Newcastle got done on the counter.
Mine to cock up now.
I dunno if it's my pop-up blocker or something but I have to quote your posts to see the images.
Cracking going, anyway.
I use imgur. It may only be me who can't see them.
EDIT: That said, I think http://snag.gy/ is probably better. I just always have to search for it.
Time for my first Chelsea-games rant on the new board.
I'm fucking sick to the back teeth of my matches against them. I dominate posession, create the better chances and bottle it while Chelsea are gifted goals. In this case Depay (as usual) hitting a shot which ought to have been a regulation save but Horn lets go through him and then the ref gives them a non-penalty.
Seething my balls off, as usual.
An afternoon of this should be enough time to see if I can win my 5th Champions League in a row with Milan. It might then be time to leave if I do.
@Yevrah, can you see my images ok?
I can see them fine quincy.
Same, no bother with the images.
Ian's probably using IE or something, the old-fashioned chap that he is. I can see the images just fine too. Take it you won the league, then?
Cheers chaps.
Right, Last day of the season.
This is the standings:
1st, Liverpool, 37 90 +73P Pts GD
2nd, Newcastle, 37 88 +54
Man City v Newcastle
Southampton v Liverpool

No way you'll lose to PSV so congratulations on the Triple. Good luck in the FA Cup.
FA Cup Final. Didn't have my star man, Diaz, for this match due to a small knock.
We missed our star striker.
So, we forked that one up. Now on to the Champions League final.
Well done @P_3...you called it!
Pretty decent treble, since Liverpool were shit when i joined on 04/11/2022.
Won Manager of the Year, which is nice if not unexpected.
My two players topped the Footballers Writer Award.
Here's the fellas:
Bugger, this just happened. What do i do? Juve job is also available.
Did you say this was a journeyman? What country have you not been in yet? Go there.
Group. Of. Death.
You'll storm that.
It rarely does in FM, they'll more than likely be great.
Yarp, got quite a few countries loaded up as you can't chop and change like the current versions. Started off unemployed with my first appointment at Ayr Utd. I should post a summary of my journey to date.
Still haven't decided on the Real Madrid offer. Going to sleep on it. Although not sure if people are the same, but I always have a favourite when there are a 'big 2' in a foreign league. I.e. I prefer Rangers ove Celtic, and I Also prefer Barca over Madrid, so might give them a miss.
Have you got a game going?
I've delayed the Real Madrid job offer for a week, but i think i'm going to turn it down and stay as Liverpool for 1 more season. I do support them after all.
Now, onto the World Cup 2026. I shan't be staying long. Such is my lack of commitment, i've let the assistant manager choose the squad on my behalf.
A reminder of my group:
I was in the 1st seed pot.
Well this is a turn up for the books.
EDIT: No it's not, i changed my mind. I can't leave Liverpool just yet.
I resigned midway through my World Cup campaign with Turkey
Had a player sent off in both matches, was a total and utter shambles of a performance. Had my assistant pick the team on both occasions because i couldn't be arsed...not really sure why i bothered to turn up. Imagine the Turkish FA's anger.
Brief update, playing as Watford for a last go at a 'dynasty' game before 2016.
Season 1: Won the Championship
Season 2: Came 13th in Premiership
Season 3: Came 6th in Premiership
Currently in February of Season 4.
In the quarter finals of the FA Cup after a 6-1 win away at Spurs and I'm sitting in 3rd place in the league, 9 points ahead of 4th placed Arsenal and 9 points behind first placed Chelsea.
Also in the first knockout round of the Uefa Cup having dominated my group, only conceding one goal and winning every game.
Romelu Lukaku is tearing shit up with 33 goals in 39 games in all competitions, well worth the £19m I paid for him in the summer.
At the moment half of my team have been promised Champions League qualification this year to stop them mooping about asking for moves to bigger teams so it's really important I don't do what I did last year and go on an 11 game losing streak, only to save our European spot in the last game with a win against the Champions elect.
So my 7th season with Milan has just finished.
Won our 7th league title in a row, with my first 100% record since the days of CM1.
And did a clean sweep in the cups again.
And we're now 195 games in a row without defeat in all comps, including 149 in a row in Serie A.
And there's now clear daylight between Fergie and Mourinho and I.
And with that, it's time to leave Milan. I'll keep a copy of the save at this point for posterity and I may go back for shits and giggles one day, but now I'm rank bored and need a new challenge. We have the best players in the world by an absolute mile and a shit load in the bank, so it'll be interesting to see what happens to the club after I'm gone.
That is absolutely ludicrous. You'd expect it to be possible in some backwater shit hole but 149 unbeaten in Serie A and top it off with a 100% win season? It's difficult not to just write the game off as completely broken.
I dunno, doesn't Guido pull that sort of shit on every version?
I've certainly never done the like of it before, I'll give you that.
EDIT: And there were no signs of it happening in the save until I took over at Milan.
What was Panda's record like by the end?
401 goals in 239 appearances in all comps.
He's still only 29, so I'd love to manage him later on in my career again.
My new job.
Two-hundred and fifty grand a week.
