Juszczyk has signed for the Niners
http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap300...ltimore-ravens
Tony Jefferson has rejected more money from the Browns to sign for us
Webb will likely be cut now and we've got two brilliant safeties.
And Woodhead is expected to sign.
Gillmore to the Patriots for about $15m a year. The Browns are being the Browns and are getting Kenny Britt for $32m over 4 years. DeSean Jackson is going to the Bucaneers. Kenny Stills is staying in Miami and has managed to blag $32m over 4 years, despite one of the worth drops of the season.
Patriots are going to get Dwayne Allen for a 4th round pick. Seems a good deal.
The Seahawks and Jamaal Charles apparently have 'mutual interest' which is a scary thought. And lastly we've released Connor Barwin. Good player but didn't suit switching the defence. Frees us up $8m in cap room or so.
EDIT: Torrey Smith 3 year deal with the Eagles for $15m. I wanted Jeffery or Pryor There was hope once...
That Britt contract is mental.
Gilmore going to the Pats is insane too, him and Butler are a mean 1-2.
I'm looking back at some of the contracts that have been signed in the past day or two and so many teams seem to have gone full retard.
Britt, Terrel McCain, Mike fucking Glennon getting $15m a year, Robert Woods getting as much as he is from the Rams, Bills giving Hauschka (a shit kicker) a top-10 kicker contract, Marquise Goodwin getting $4m a year from the Niners, Stills, Gresham, Vernon Davis etc.
Teams are paying so much for average, at best, players and I'm missing loads more too.
The Browns are paying up big on trying to improve their o-line. Fair play they seem to be doing good things, if a little expensively. If they can take Myles Garrett and another quality defensive prospect, they'll have chances to win a few games.
They seem similar to the Raiders a few years back.
The Browns have just traded for Brock Osweiler and a 2nd round pick in 2018. It sounds like the Browns might not even intend to use him and were just after the draft pick.
Well, you can't say Cleveland aren't going for it.
What did they trade in return? Not seen any mention of it anywhere. Surely they can't just buy it off Houston?
Surely Romo to the Texans is now nailed on.
Browns get Brock, 2nd rounder in 2018, 6th rounder in 2018.
Texans get 4th rounder in 2018, $72m off their wage bill.
Rumour is Alshon Jeffery to the Eagles, 1 year $14m. Please be true.
Cutler has been cut, lol.
$6m?
@Giggles
It's pretty crafty by them, it's one of the best moves they've done in some time.
Redskins have fired their GM just after free agency opened which has to be one of he worst timings ever.
We've retained Brandon Williams
What a day.
When I buy a new shirt before the Wembley game I'm getting his name and number on the back. HERO.
Looks as if the Jets want to upgrade Fitzmagic throwing endless interceptions to Cutler throwing endless interceptions. No wonder Marshall left!
Absolute madness.
Also, we've now cut Ladarius Webb which was always going to happen after signing Jefferson.
CB 1: Jimmy Smith
CB 2: ???
CB 3: Tavon Young
FS: Eric Weddle
SS: Tony Jefferson
Keep Jimmy healthy for a year and draft/sign a number 2 to start and that's one of the best secondaries in the league. No doubt everyone of those and their backups will get the plague or something though.
Packers picking up Martellus Bennett. Great option for Rodgers after they lost Cook.
Patriots have given away their 2nd round pick for Kony Ealy and the Panthers 3rd round which is a great singing despite a down year for Ealy in 2016.
Pryor is also going to the Redskins on a 1 year $8m deal which is great value for Washington based on other receiver contracts this year.

Pitta is staying with the Ravens after restructuring his contract which is great news.
Patriots are now trading for Brandin Cooks.
Pissing hell, Brady with a guy who can stretch the field as well as Cooks is a scary prospect.
The Patriots giving away a first rounder on a guy with 1 year left is a little odd, particularly given they rarely pay top dollar.
That, or they're pretty confident they're getting a higher first rounder for Garoppolo away and figured that it's a freebie.
The Browns losing Pryor is a bit of a blow for them. Spend all that time turning him into a WR and see him walk away on a 1 year deal which isn't even that expensive. Pryor must've been demanding elite WR money.
It's quite odd from the Browns to let Pryor go. Even if he was demanding money(I don't think he was by the looks of the deal he signed), they had $100m of cap room to spare and have gone and spent $32m over 4 years on Kenny Britt. I'm not sure quite why they did this instead of retaining Pryor but that's football.
It turns out our deal on Torrey Smith only has $500k guaranteed. The rest of it is all in bonuses and incentives. Our deal on Jeffery is a lot less financially sound, but it gives us Jeffery on the outside, Smith going deep and we can bring Matthews into the slot. Watching him trying to play outside last year was painful. Pretty big upgrade on last season and we just need to sort that RB corps out.
The Patriots are going to be scary good, especially if they keep hold of Butler.
We've replaced Brandin Cooks with Ted Ginn He'll remember he's shit now, no doubt.
They've got themselves a player.
They've got about 3x better and they've just won the damn Superbowl.
Denver spending some money on the offensive line. Took long enough. Dunno much about Ron Leary but Menelik Watson wasn't anything special at Oakland, was he?
Menelik was a revolving door for most of last season.
Especially in their playoff loss.
Leary has been overpaid but he is a good lineman. Cowboys would have come in with a higher offer had they known that Doug Free was going to retire.
DeMarcus Ware's retired. Great player and even amongst the fitness issues he was tremendous for Denver.
He seems to have been a great influence to the younger players too. A big part in Shane Ray's development if the Post is to be believed.
Fat Boy has gone to Seattle.
The ghost of Al Davis has signed Cordarelle Patterson and all that speed too.
From MMQB:
“We’re really excited to acquire a second-round draft choice in this trade.”
—Cleveland vice president of football operations Sashi Brown, with the first quote in the press release noting his reaction to the deal that sent Brock Osweiler and two draft choices from Houston to Cleveland for a fourth-round pick.
The name (“Brock”) was the 55th word in a 59-word paragraph, five words from the end of the Sashi Brown quote.
Malcolm Butler protentially heading to New Orleans.
This season's free agency is batshit mental.
Sounds like we'd have to give up our first round pick unless he signs his tender, in which case we could negotiate a trade.
Feast Mode.

Romo picked up a $64.11 bonus for the season because of the league's performance system.
http://www.baltimoreravens.com/news/...7-6353ddd8a74e
Orr made $407k, his base salary last year was $600k so fair play to him and the league for the bonus. Geezer deserved it.
Also, we've moved up 12 places in the sixth round by trading Zuttah to the Niners.
Latavius Murray to the Vikings, Dontari Poe to the Falcons (for 1 year $8m which is great value), Run DMC is staying in Dallas and we've signed Brandon Carr on a 4 year deal.
Edit: Jets are about to sign Morris Claiborne, we were in the mix but got priced out so went for Carr.
We've got Dalvin Cook coming for a visit. This looks like a signal of intent here. We've spent big on Jeffery and got a great deal on Smith. Add in Ertz and Matthews and the passing game is healthy. Hell we could even risk a throw or two to Agholor. Maybe.
We do have a lot of backfield bodies right now though. Sproles, Mathews and Smallwood already there means a cut or two would be needed. As it is I'd much rather us take a corner, but locking down a RB for years is always a tempting prospect. Though it rarely works out that way.
Rumours that Beast Mode is missing the game have gotten louder over the past week. The Raiders would be the only team he's interested in so it's them or nothing. It's a bit of a non-story as it is, as the Raiders need to obtain his rights from Seattle. If that contact gets made, he'll be most likely coming back.
We need him back for such poetry as below.
