He's disappeared, hasn't he?
I am enjoying rewatching Breaking Bad so if I fuck it up it's your fault.
We're interested in Joleon Lescott.
Flanagan confirmed to Burnley on loan for the season. No idea.
Did Chelsea make a profit on Papy Djilobodji?
Signed for Sunderland
Matuidi for €30M is apparently the replacement for Pogba. I didn't like him at the Euros.
What kind of system would you play @Vim? Marchisio, Khedira, Matuidi, Pjanic (when all fit) in a diamond?
Funny. United's second choice was Matuidi so it seems Ravioli is a very happy agent.
Either 4-3-1-2, or 3-5-2, as Allegri likes. Marchisio won't be back until at least October and even when he is, I imagine at least one of those players at a time will be resting. If everyone is really fit and ready to play, then Marchisio regista, Khedira and Matuidi on the outside and Pjanic behind the strikers.
In a 3-5-2, it will be Pjanic as regista, with Khedira and Matuidi outside. I can see us playing this system until Marchisio comes back.
Let's not discount Lemina either, he's probably going to be as good as Matuidi with one more year of experience.
I still think the Pogba deal is fishy, why has it not been confirmed yet? Likewise, Matuidi is top of the list for the replacements and a pre-deal is apparently in place, but nothing has been signed.
It'll be done over the weekend I reckon. I think it's more to do with Pogba having a break after the euros than any shenanigans.
It will be interesting to see how Pjanic does playing deep then, I always think he's more of a threat further up.
I think Mourinho said it'll probably be done by next weekend (without mentioning Pogba's name).
Can I have the lowdown on Djolobodji Jimmy?
Is poncing around with Drake when he should be training part of the Paulp Ogba Franchise Player Adidas masterplan? I read that his Twitter followers had grown by twenty-five per cent since United came in for him, which is apparently a big thing for potential official tampon partners and the like. Wanker.
Ayew set to sign today or tomorrow, Bacca could be following and apparently Masuaku had his medical yesterday.
DId West Ham get a wad of investment or something?
Last thing we need is that shower of tramps being any good.
It's sad to see Milan fall so far that they are selling their star striker to West Ham.
Is Bacca any good?
I'm a twit
Liverpool passed on Bacca in favour of Bentekkers last season. Make of that what you will.
All that means is the committee are fucking idiots (although Bacca hardly fitted 'the model').
It's a sadder state of affairs for Milan that Bacca is their star striker than that they are having to hawk him to Olympic West Ham.
Benteke is quality. Klopp will regret if he let him go.
Well, there is the fact that it's 6 extra points gained from not losing to him twice a season, I suppose.
He's a good player. I just don't see how he fits "the Klopp way" (or the Bodgers way for that matter). Origi to start the season and Sturridge/Sky to seethe themselves to pieces.
Eight million quid for that bloke makes me think that maybe the Man Utd Moyes was the real one.
Speaking of which, there is a proper battle of wits shaping up between Corporate Mourinho and Adnan Januzaj, with the latter turning up to training in his kit rather than change with the reserves. Hopefully Sunderland are interested.

Pogba to have a medical.
Vim's tears
I know BBC is as good as official, but still:

He'll fail it for being a dickhead.
Finally it's done, at least.
Lemina's better anyway.
Monday looks like we (Wolves) are set to sign Anderson Talisca for 25 million euros from Benfica. Mendes in full swing.

Hahahahahahaha.
Yeah, he's looked downright fat since joining. He was already beefy last season for Napoli, but not this much. He's got to shed some kilos by the end of pre-season.
In all the fawning bullet points the Beeb have run on their Pogba report the Juve line is clearly the best:
Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri said in May 2015 that Pogba "needs to stop showboating in midfield" and that he makes "avoidable" mistakes
He was so infuriating in the first part of last season, just doing his little shitty dribbles. He's far better when he has an actual goal in mind, be it scoring or getting past a player. Dribbing for the sake of dribbling is infuriating to watch, especially in an Italian team. Mourinho probably agrees.
Mancini has more or less been sacked from Inter, De Boer expected to takeover.
Rui Patrício ( Sporting Portugal) is in early negotiations with city. Source: friend of mine close to him.
Ogba apparently costs eighty-nine million (would have been seventy-four pre-Brexit lol), which suggests that... I don't know. Did Juventus effectively pay his dickhead agent by dropping the price?
Anything over 20 million is too much.
Do you still reckon David de Gea is shit?
The £89m will be the base cost, exclusive of agent's fees and potential add-ons, if that (phonics?) article about how the transfer market really works is anything to go by. How did it come to this? I'm sure transfers used to be discussed in terms of what the players were like, not the finer details of the fee structure. Do Juve have to publish full details of the deal? I'm sure that's been a thing in Italy in the past.
Although surely the most lol thing about United transfer rumouring at the moment is the £20m price tag that Adnan 'best prospect in Europe' Januzaj has attached to him
Jacuzzi being worth £20m is incredible. I think it must solely be down to his age because he's been crap since Moyseys left.
£20m is pittance these days so it's about right really. He still has enough of a name for someone to take a punt.
No one in their right mind is going to pay that for him.
But Sunderland are desperate, so . . .
Not sure he's ever going to flourish in English football. Needs to go to a less physical league.
Similar situation to the Ibe deal really. Potentially very high upside for Sunderland and considering Premier League teams are throwing double figures at shit like Oumar Niasse it isn't that much of a gamble. He's still young so there's a resale value to somewhere in Europe of a few million even if he's desperately shit.
