What's Rocket League?
I don't see it as an escape any more than talking to people over dinner is an escape, it's diverting to talk about things and see what various people think but it's ultimately as effectual as a million other conversations in the pub or indeed in any of about a billion little forums. It's probably just familiarity at this stage, a bit like having good furniture and I say good because it's more than a decade now and I haven't had to hack anyone up for the bonfire.

Have you decided on a watch @Dquincy? Definitely plenty of choice out there in appearance nowadays but Android Wear (I presume Android when you said generic smartwatch and not Applewatch) still needs a lot of work. Wouldn't be without mine though, has some very handy uses.

I really like that one. Tizen is a little rough around the edges but I would back Samsung to sort it before Google sort Android Wear, very quick though even using it with a non Samsung phone. My own one is a G Watch R. It nearly got dumped least year until they activated the WiFi though it's coming up on 18 months old now so will get changed soon. Waiting to see what the Fossil ones are like first.
G Watch R looks very nice...my main issue with smart watches is that they look too far different from a normal watch. But your's looks very traditional. Not cheap either.
That was the main thing behind it for me, that it looked somewhat like a watch and a lot at the time were square. I liked the black (main reason I didn't upgrade to the Urbane) but it's still a little bulky.
The black Hauwei may be the best looking imo now. The next gen may be worth a look.
