Ha a quick poke around in Heat Signature and it looks a good un, only a tenner too.
All armour has mods that decrease grenade cooldown for me which helps with my devour.
It's class.
I can also afford to get the Merciless rifle from Xur when he pops up somewhere tomorrow.
Get a Last Hope, 'how. Got one from an engram, its fucking
Been infusing it to keep it at my level, it fucking destroys shit up close.
I had one and scrapped it
I really should read up on weapons.
1) You don't necessarily need to be in "each" platform, you can all gang up and do one at a time FWIW.
2) You forgot the bit where you have to shoot the crystals on top of the two towers next to the portals to turn it heroic.
Kill the witches, light up the crystals once you do so.
The rocket launcher (The Wardcliff Coil) that Xur is selling today is pretty fun to piss about with.
I've also got that other one on point, where that machine lands and it connects to like four pads. Gotta stand in each of those pads for the duration to make it heoric. Done three publics today and got three legendary engrams, fireteam medallions are fantastic.
Aye one of those engrams got me the Call To Serve rifle, its sweet as.
I need to use/buy some of those.
Increased my power quite a bit as I was just pissing about on Titan with a nice rotation.
Public event with the spider thing > Wait after it's finished for a special NPC which seems to spawn every time > go do the witches.
So many on that planet due to Xur and there are only 2 events so it's chaos as only one can be up at a time.
Also got the Coldheart weapon today, only bad thing is that you can only have 1 exotic weapon equipped at a time. It's like a machine gun on speed though.
Boss destroyer.
How long have you been able to mouse over peoples cards on a Hearthstone stream and see their stats? And why is no-one calling this out for the witchcraft it clearly is.
Parents visiting so no Divinity Original Sin 2 for me until Tuesday.
Such a fucking good game.
Heat Signature is top fun chaps. In the last half an hour or so I've been dumped out of airlocks, intentionally blasted me and my enemies out into space, blown up half a spaceship and sent the bit with all the guards tumbling away into space, teleported an armoured enemy into the path of a sentry gun that was trying to murder me, sliced up a whole ship full of guys with no-one noticing, blown up a ship full of guys with a shotgun and grenade launcher with everyone noticing.
Really is well worth it.
God damn that Cold Heart looks beastly.
It's fucking amazing, it just melts people. I even use it against regular mobs because the fire rate at 1000 is just bonkers.
I also did the weekly flashpoint and got these two bangers:
I think you lads should be getting some more freds action on the go for Destiny 2. Or spoilering the images to save my scrolling finger some work.
I'm kind of looking for something to play on my laptop while my parents are visiting and sitting at my PC is a no-go. Would it be hellish to play on a touchpad?
Ooh not sure, they'd need a decent control method. It's basically Hotline Miami (wasd movement) but pausable and with slow-mo when you're aiming.
Watching Giant Bomb put their new PC together makes me want to build something of my own. If only I gamed more on PC. And had the space to dump the old one. It's good enough rendering videos... just.
I was more impressed with the fat fan on the processor. Speaking of which, after clearing my case out it actually sounds louder. Not running any hotter, mind. I can't get at the heat sink because the fan's a sod to remove. Might grab some compressed air and blast it.
So now this game has me taking on armoured guards with just a teleport trap and another teleport thingy that swaps your position with someone else. The result being a lot of guys suddenly wondering why they're floating helplessly around in outer space. Exactly the kind of situation you would never intentionally put yourself in but is actually bloody good fun.
Any good sneaky sneaky games for the PC? Along the lines of the original MGS or Goldeneye.
First person would be ok, but not preferable, and the less action the better.
Hitman.
Splinter Cell? The earlier ones like Chaos Theory are basically all sneaking.
Yup, they might even have been designed for it.
Nice, cheers.
I downloaded one called Thief 2 earlier but it's really old and doesn't really work with one.
Yeah, I barely dabbled with that series. I was going to mention Deus Ex but I'm not sure that plays so hot in 2017. Human Revolution was great, though.
The most recent Hitman is stellar
Another vote for Hitman.
Picked up NBA 2K18. The career mode is like some kind of open world thing where you can mooch about the block going into shops or joining games, you can also go into your massive loft apartment and get away from all the NBA 2K18 by playing NBA 2K18
I'm a twit
Yeah I spotted that last week, what a bizarre feature.
Also, I hate that they got rid of all difficulties below pro, I like to build up for a few games before getting into it.
Probably the hardest version yet, especially with the crap shot meter.
Like with every career mode in the series, I've only played about half an hour and yet I already want DJ's dozy gal pal to be killed horribly.
She gets worse too, just wait until sponsors come knocking.
She's one of the worst supporting cast members ever.
I actually prefer Vic from 16 over her.
I think you mean Vic from The Greatest Video Game Story Ever Told™
Was that the Spike Lee joint where your main character was customisable but his family would always be the same? So your sweaty little Earthworm Jim guy had a black twin sister. That would pull me out of the story, I reckon.
Do they intentionally make the characters entitled shitheads you're meant to hate, or am I as widely out of touch with the target audience of NBA games as I assume I am?
My guy is super white, but luckily it's emphasised any time he tries to beatbox in the cutscenes.
I've given the GM mode a quick go, you default to the same character as career mode but he broke all his legs years previously so you still have storyline stuff but in super quick skippable subtitles which I prefer
Who's the Asian down syndrome kid?
