Took it easy on the drink last night and, as a result, I got 3 hours sleep.
I've been at my partner's parents' house since Christmas Eve and have been sleeping better here on an old springy mattress than I do at home on my 2 year old £400 Casper. The Casper fixed my neck pain within about a week of buying it but I think my actual sleep on it is pretty shit.
