Either my scouts are being paid off by Belgians, or the Belgians are really shit hot on this version.

Is there anything you can do in FM Touch to get on top of injuries? I'm getting two or three four week plus injuries a week it feels like atm. My best young 16y/o was out for six months with knee tendonitis. Before he'd even got off orange injury, he's just torn a groin muscle - another player tore a groin muscle during the same session.
It's bananas.
I'm probably going to win the championship with Bolton without buying any new players. I don't know if that is an achievement or not, but I'm just happy Clough is immense.
Alright, am a little bored so got this. Gonna fire up a game with Arsenal as soon as it's installed, I reckon. Can't be fucked to go with Pompey again, won't have enough time to take them anywhere I reckon.
Who are the bargains?
What are the newest tricks?
Someone tell me what I need to know.
Emmanuel Mammana, Rodrigo Bentancur, Jhon Arango.
Add Jesus Marimon to Arango. Basically the DM equivalent.
Awesome, thanks guys.
With Radu and Lulic in rapid decline, and nothing good on the market, this kid has become my first choice at LB:
Not even close to 17 yet.
I found a fella by the name of Jesus Vallejo from Madrid, but they wont let him go for less than a £30m release clause. I have the money to bring him in but it would be almost all of my budget. Is he worth it?
He's good, but not 30 million good.
I did it!
Cost me a leg and a half, because PSG came in for him in January as well. He still had the 37.5 million clause, but he wanted 10 million in sign on. Then I bumped his salary to make sure I got him.
Had to sell Jedvaj at a 8 million loss to finance it, but I think it's worth it. This kid is going to be insane.
Broken neck incoming.
Has he broken a leg yet?
Elsewhere my first Champions League draw could have gone better.
Unbeaten run finally over with a 1-0 at Anfield. I hadn't realised that it spanned back ten games in the previous season so it was doubly frustrating that this was the twenty-eighth game of this one. Neither an unbeaten season nor an unbeaten 38-game run for me this time around.
Although I'm Norwich in 2018, so to even be talking about 37-game unbeaten run, and separated from league leaders Arsenal only on goal difference, still feels absolutely ludicrous. Spurs up next, who stand with Liverpool as a team I cannot seem to beat no matter what I do.
I'm contemplating having Tettey give his Ronaldo treatment to Son - that little prick seems to score at least one goal every time we play.
First season at Dortmund is coming to a crescendo.
Bayern were running away with it, but since their take over theyve hit bad form.
Now this is getting interesting. Bayern get crushed 5-2 by Werder Bremer, and we've just done this to take 1st place on GD. See the league table on the right.
My run in...last day of the season could be interesting!
Transfer window shut and there's not been a massive amount of movement.

Your backup right back in a straight swap for Januzaj? That's wizardry.
It's on! Im now 3 points clear at the top and Bayern are imploding. Dusseldorf had only one shot on goal.
Look at that form.lols.
This is my top scorer, bought him when i use to be at Ajax and then took him with me to Dortmund. He's the only decent striker i have, the rest are shit.
Fuck
Turned out we didnt miss our crocked star striker. My CB scored a hatrick! And look at Bayern's result...
If we win this league it's a joke cos the team I've inherited is pretty average, save for a couple of my January signings.
I'd be pulling my hair out...we've all been there.
I have Ahlen next, before Bayern on the last day. I do not want it coming down to a last day showdown away to Bayern.
Ugh, forgot to disable attribute masking, have to restart now. Had just managed to sort out all my Assistant manager settings. I'm too old, don't have time for this shit.
Is it not a lot better with the attribute masking?
It's more realistic but I've never had attribute masking on. There's enough hidden attributes to still give signings an element of chance.
How do you resign? I can't be arsed with this double jobbing with Ireland any more.
My new-look Chelsea side are hilarious. Despite being absolutely shite we're unbeaten in the first ten games. But guess what, Asmir Begovic has caused a full squad revolt because I won't give him first team football ahead of Courtois. It must be the most ineptly implemented feature for many, many versions.
James Ward-Prowse is proving a doozy in the attacking playmaker role. I might try and build the club around him.
I'm six games into the season and already four players have been in to have a moan about first team football, including one marked as a backup who has started one and came on as a sub in four of those games.
Telling them that the bloke playing ahead of them is doing so on merit usually calms them down, but one of them decided I was trying to 'fob him off' and went bonkers. Enjoy playing for Baskonia, you twat.
I was questioning myself splashing out €52m on Richairo Zivkovic, but he's an absolute beast of a player. 16 goals in 11 games now.
Being pushed all the way by newly promoted Stoke in the league so far but you'd imagine they'd drop off. Looking at the CL there's still a possibility of Barcelona, Inter, or Juventus as my 'prize' for winning the group.
Just got to the winter break
Happy with that.
Also, this is a pain

Right, bit the bullet and bought it. Just finished downloading.
Going to do my usual Man Utd game to start. Bin off the shitters and half a good old rebuild. NOICE.
Well hiding those options there is annoying.
Get the fix that lets you use a huge database before you start.
Do what John said. I don't even have Carlos Fierro on my game with a Large DB.
I'd just got started when I read that
Never mind, start again.
Oh wow, players have WAY more natural positions now as far as I can see.
Athletic Bilbao are not a fun club to manage. Half the squad are whinging twats, which is a big problem when you can't just sell and replace them. It's impossible to find a coach who'll even sit down to talk about a contract and their six man coaching staff at the beginning contains three middling fitness coaches and one terrible goalkeeper coach.
I think I'm done with that particular game, which is a shame since their first eleven are a fun group of players and the challenge is a good one.
Sounds reasonable.
It's nice starting a game as Man Utd and not having to buy a whole new central midfield.
I'm trying to sell Rooney, let's see how that goes...
Last season's youth intake are performing OK, all said, although the potential for how far they'll realistically go is a bit disappointing.
Overall, the team are performing admirably; and all of the ten youth players in the first team are holding out well. None of the are quite ready to loan out yet, but with the tutoring going on, I fully expect to have them all out on loan come the start of next year.
What's that team, Pavel?
I'm a twit
I find the scouts in this game very hard to trust, based on previous experiences...
They've been very good in my Maritimo game. I can only think of one instance where the scout report and the coach report really differed in getting on for eight seasons. If you assign them to a player the report that comes back is usually on the money, but they'll still recommend ludicrous players if you just send them out looking for people. I had a scout recommend Aguero in my second season with Maritimo. Bit of a funding gap there, mate.
OK after fucking around for a bit I can literally not see a single difference between this and last years. Hardly even any players are different. Munir and Lucas Romero seem a little worse, that's all I've found so far.
They stopped bothering to update players in any meaningful way some time ago now.
The board keep cancelling my 10k (over 12 months) deal for this guy:
Because he's injured for 8-10 months. Worried he won't wanna come to me when he's recovered.
