What is the pillow of choice these days? Im looking for new ones. Ive been told, as you get older. You really need something quite firm so im willing to go down that route.

Second as "the base" as it's bigger and slightly firmer. Although I think I should replace it as it's nowhere near as good as the little one.
You mention 'the base'. You put the pillow in bold, inside the other pillow.
Is that what you mean?
I just mean it goes on the bottom of the two.
Little one on top.
I'm sure I've posted it before but I have the "TEMPUR Comfort CoolTouch™ Pillow" and I love it more than any human. Just googled for it and not sure that exact one is for sale any more, unlucky.

Oh you have them stacked up. Sounds like madness if you ask me. Your neck shape must be a complete right angle from your spine.
