I haven't read much about the case specifics, but it's interesting to see, in the reaction on the app formerly known as twitter, which people really needed him to be found guilty.

It's a tricky one with stuff like this. For example, how old actually was he? While both are absolutely not ok, doing it to a 13 year old would be illegal, while doing it to a 19 year old would only be morally wrong.
Hollywood's also left in a bit of a mess as if Spacey was propositioning people left, right and centre on his projects there's absolutely no way the senior cast members and crew wouldn't have known and they obviously did nothing about it at the time. So, safe in the knowledge that he's definitely a wrong un' do they let him back now he's been acquitted in a court of law?
Of course, all this would have been avoided if they'd let go the obsessing over Sir Mel Gibson and got their own houses in order. Predatory behaviour should be nowhere near the workplace and it's not particularly difficult to spot.
Well, no. It's just that plenty of wrongun's get away with stuff. Often because the CPS is a shambles or the police haven't done something properly. Plus, people assuming not guilty and innocent are the same thing, is why you have every Man City fan on Twitter demanding Mendy's accusers now get charged.

It never went to court because she decided to take him back and drop the charges. They knew they'd never get a guilty verdict without her but it's clear he's still a scumbag piece of shit rapist.
I wouldn't hire Kevin Spacey for a film or Mason Greenwood for a football team. Think there are copious questions about their character. Doesn't mean they're guilty of a crime though and that justice has somehow not been served by the verdict, as seems to be bitterly contested by many.
Can we give Kev a pass? He's too good an actor to not have more films from and he can touch who he wants as far as I'm concerned.

Greenwood the case was dropped as said not for reasons of innnocence but it collapsing. That plus the stuff that went viral which was quite conclusive is a good reason for him to be a pariah.
I agree there is a lot of stuff that has come out about Spacey but there has to be a line in the sand. If he goes to court for these things and isn't found guilty then at some point, like it or not, he has to be given a chance. Otherwise once you've been accused fuck the outcome. Unless you're Pete Townshend, Craig Charles or Robin Van Persie. Is it likeability and cool factor that determines the level at which such accusations are forgiven?

It did, so he wasn't innocent of his crimes just the victim dropped out of the court proceedings. But the cringe videos and audio leaks let everyone know what he is like. With Spacey it's more hearsay beyond the people who have accused him and lost in court.
For me it is mainly trying to break habits and get into new ones. This morning I was tempted to fuck off my standard breakfast (porridge, fruit, honey) for something nicer aka unhealthier because 'it's friday' but then I remembered I am going to the cinema tonight and will no doubt eat shite then so I better stick to the plan to limit the damage. For lunch I just have a grilled chicken breast that I change the seasoning on every day with 50g of brown rice, 100g of peas and a big portion of steamed broccoli. Bit of sriracha mayo on it and it does the trick.
Hope the porridge can get you off the paedophilia.
