Don't think it can be as only PL teams are set-up for it and you can't not use it in the last game and then use it in this one.

The VAR being used correctly to allow a goal.

Oh my word this could revolutionise football. Desperately needed in the Championship and even more so in the SPL. Hard to see how it could be afforded at lower levels?

Very much doubt it will ever be introduced below Premier League level, for cost reasons, which is ironic as that's the only level where Trevor Kettle isn't free to extend his reign of terror.

Don't really see why cost would be an issue, it can't be that much for a guy to sit and watch on a TV. All Championship teams broadcast their own games abroad so they have the capability.

You'll know better than I what it costs to pay mugs to install rudimentary communications equipment in shit tips across the UK, but you also have to pay for the infrastructure, wages of the extra 12 highly qualified refs that therefore aren't being deployed reffing a game, and no doubt 5 other things I haven't thought of.

Also bear in mind most Championship games only have a few cameras at them currently.

Get rid of the fourth official. To be fair you don't need to be a top, top ref to watch a replay back. Ultimately if there's any doubt the referee actually watches it and gives it based on the video itself.

As I said all Championship clubs televise their home games abroad.

Yeah but what does televise mean, a grainy three-camera feed on Bet365 with none of the reverse angles that you need to have a decent VAR?

Certainly at home it's actually decent. Away I think you have to bring your own camera unless you're watching via the 'away' club because at Ipswich the corrugated roof was filmed more than the game. On reflection, that was maybe a good thing.

You forget. Non-League Football doesn't exist according to Martin Tyler.

Unlikely, seeing as Martin Tyler has been a non-league coach for decades.

The lower leagues could have it all centralised, like the NRL BUNKER, which was brought in to aid consistency and somehow just gets even more stuff wrong.

They'd have to find somewhere suitably mundane to headquarter the bunker.

Chippenham's going to want to take a look at that.

Di Maria got the final touch on a Neymar chip that was going wide earlier, after which Neymar didn't celebrate and had a go at him for nicking his goal. He's such a hateful little shithouse.

Expect Di Maria will be sold in the next week.

What a scummy little shit Pedro is.

1-0 up against Norwich at home and he's diving to try and win a penalty.

Morata is properly post-op now. They must have a collection of pickled penises that once belonged to strikers behind the bar in the Kerry Dixon suite.

Nice of Morata to put that effort in the one place the keeper could possibly save it.

Conte's achilles heel is the same as that of all Italian managers - too conservative. Presumably it's because they grow up under mental presidents who go through six coaches a season.
