We could put together a decent 352 with a couple of key signings yet the clown in charge is adamant we are going to stick to 4231. The only time we've played 3 at the back recently was against Arsenal which was one of our better performances. It doesn't make any sense.

Sanchez can demand those type of signing on fees in the summer once his contract his free. I would be surprised if he gets that this month. Then again, if you can get him for £50m all in, that is a decent deal in today's climate.
If he wants a 25m signing on fee and he knows there's a 25m fee to be paid now he would probably want a 50m signing on fee in the summer.

I hear you. But arsenal need sinking for even allowing themselves to be in this position. There is no valid reason how allowing them to possibly leave for free is the right thing to do. Maybe arsenal believed they would sign new deals. We didnt fall for that on here. There were many of us on here, claiming that the german players and sanchez that came into arsenal did what was required and end that trophy drought. They should have been moved on after 3 years and start again. Instead, they find themselves in a crazy situation. Respect to sanchez though. Man is still playing. They offered sixty four months ago, and by the sounds of it getting him on a free would cost them more anyway through a bigger signing on fee, so why lose out now?
