Could be some major players about to come forward (major ex-players) but just waiting for a current big name player to come out. Could set the ball rolling.

It varies completely. I used to look after a young lad who would admit to some awful things but only when hallucinating. However, he actually had no history of doing it himself but he had experienced it himself whilst younger.
