What dog was it? I have always thought it to be how the owners raise them but then the breeds of dogs have changed so much over the years with people mixing them that you can never be too sure. I remember reading an article somewhere on how much they had changed over the years. It wasnt a happy read.
I'm not a 'dog person' but things like Kennel Club / breed standards have had a pretty monstrous effect.

DS - I think he knows he goes too far at times. I didnt mean to drag up old news but as someone who lurked - I have said that far too much this last day or so - I felt it was worth pointing out because it doesnt come across well at times. Not just Magic_Johnson but others too. If you all had the benefit of being withdrawn from it all as I have had over the last 18 months or so then perhaps you would see it as I do. I wonder how many lurkers decided not to sign up because of things like that. It was mentioned in another thread a few days ago that this place used to be hostile and a bit negative and I fully agree. It was a horrible place at one point.
Just some advice for all. Choose to acknowledge it or not. Im sure we can all take a joke but there should be a line somewhere.
On the old forum things like the above would have seen warnings handed out left, right and centre and then the mods would have got the stick instead of the members.
