That looks like the start of another Quincy breakdown. He'll have flounced off within a week and return in the middle of April.
You can't melt if you're already a wet weekend.
Has really picked up now. Wind is really strong so causing drifts. Couple of inches so far.
Looks to be a bit about.

FFS the schools are still open. That means I have to get out of bed and brave this fucking 40mph cutting wind and blizzards. Clowns.
I'll have to go to Edinburgh at this rate. Shite.
Full Narnia here. Doubt I'll make my 20 minute commute in an hour.
Thundersnow. Anybody driving in off the hills is knackered.
I have some twat from Belfast shouting down the phone looking for me to go up this morning. He seems unable to comprehend that I'm meant to be in the south west and if I can't get there I can't get to Northern Ireland.
Get Jimmy to sort him out.
Much lols to be had at E-Class and 5 Series drivers on any sort of an incline.
Jesus Christ that was mental. Only about 1/4 of the kids lined up that are normally there. Wind would cut you in two, must have felt like -15. BALTIC.
Risk to life warning issued.
Even if it doesn't snow, that is reason enough for me not to leave the house.
I left this morning and there was about 1cm on our street, easily out and then there was nothing on the actual roads.
Nothing is settling at all.
I'm a little fucked off by your countrys incapacity to handle a couple of snowflakes if I'm honest, I'm going there on Friday and now have to worry about my damn flight because it might be -1C and snow a little which is insane
Country that doesn't often get snow in struggling to deal with snow shocker!
We've been told to stay indoors from 4 tomorrow til noon Friday
Haven't seen proper snow for about a decade. Been glorious here.

I'll show you 8 inches.
The god damned heating oil ran out last night so I've been freezing all day. More just delivered.
Full power cut this morning as I was in the shower.
Then had to get a lift to work as my barrier wouldn't open to let me out and the colleague giving me a lift had a rear wheel drive BMW with no winter tyres. Fantastic.
The worst thing about snow every year is boring foreigners (or cunts that have lived in snowy countries) going on about how much they have and how everything goes smoothly.
The over reaction is worse, anyone would think we're about to be plunged into a new dark age. It hasn't even snowed down here yet.
It snows maximum 1-3 days a year here, of course we're not set up for it and nor should we be. Would be a complete waste of resources.
No snow for us tonight I bet.
It's not even a flurry. It's very basic snow. It was worse in 2010...
Do the British talk about the weather more than other nationalities? It feels like it's the basic go to small talk in most situations. Must be because nice weather is so unexpected and therefore worthy of comment while bad weather is some sort of shared torment that we can all sympathise over.
Early finish. Didn't want to take it (What's an hours difference actually make?) but our team leader really wanted out. Looks like there's less snow about tomorrow so I'm hopeful to quickly make the time up. Everyone else is taking tomorrow off.
Drive to work was fun this morning. On the road at about 5.15am so it's at its worst. Didn't get much above 40 for the whole 20 odd miles, meant to be worse tomorrow too.
It never ceases to amaze me how close people sit to your bumper in these conditions though. Scumbags.
After predicting a blizzard and everything announcing it would be shut today barely a flake has fallen overnight. Most disappointing.
We had an extra couple of inches (from 6 to 8) overnight. Getting to work will be fun.
It's settling pretty well in London. Still going this morning. RIP my bank balance when this heating bill hits
I'm amazed this took a turn for the worst. Heavy snow all day on top of the 8 inches we've already had. I'm calling it now: I'll be the only one who makes it on from our team.
Feels like -11. Fuck off . Work from home it is.
Awesome loads fell overnight.
