How do you come up with that as an Idea?

“You know we both love Brangelina? Yeah? Well, how about...”

And that still doesn’t explain the faux French element. Mental.

The combining of surnames thing seems to have gained popularity in the last few years. A guy I went to school with did it, and now has the surname "Grundy" - formed from "Green" and "Bundy".

It's still nowhere near as bad as a double barreled surname.

Those two abysmal 'Crimbo Limbo' bints are back with another song that's somehow even more annoying. I thought that flouncing beelzebub from the GoCompare adverts was bad but fuck me those two are the worst yet.

I had to pop across town after I got home from work earlier, got to the car to find someone trying to park in a space in front of my car. Gave the internationally accepted sign that I was just about to leave and they duly pulled back and let me go. Got back just now to find that they'd parked right in the middle of the two spaces. I feel like there isn't a sentence harsh enough for crimes of this magnitude.

Yeah, that's what living in Swansea was like. It was a trek just to find somewhere playing United v Chelsea when the 6 Nations was on.

Phone calls in general are a sack of shit. The only time they're ever necessary is when an instant response is required. If it isn't that, or someone who's too far away to meet you having a catch up, then the only reason to make a phone call is a salesman or similar person using their smooth voice skills to try and trick you, and 70% of calls fall into this category.

I generally hate phone calls, but there are times where a 5 minute call is a lot easier than an hour of back and forth emails.

I'll take phonecalls a million times over e-mail or texting. Not conference calls because they're hell but one on one? It's a phone call every time.

Depends who you are I guess. I have the upper hand written down (just look at my Best Poster titles in 2007 and 2008), but don't have the gift of the gab so I'll always be pushing people towards email or whatsapp.

That post reminds me of those restaurants that win awards for best restaurant from 1995 and you wonder has it all gone to shit in the twenty years since.

I get at least 10 a day but rarely answer. I just pretend I was somewhere that phones aren't allowed. Fucking hate talking on them. Worst of all is someone with an issue. I'd rather drive to the far end of Cork to look at something than try talk some mong through checking things themselves over the phone.

When I set my out of office message (the one where they can't leave a message) I conveniently forget to deactivate it once I'm back until the boss notices and tells me. I've got a week and a half out of that one in the past.

Take a look on ifixit. I didn't realise there's about a million of them.

EDIT - if it is the Classic then it looks like a complete cunt in comparison to the Mini or Nano due to getting the thing open. I'd get a shop to do it.

It does what it needs to do (ring, text, football scores), and it fits in your pocket. Plus it was fifty quid. Sorted.

Get a new HTC with 64 or 128GB and use it for both. The headphone output is excellent (though it's USB-C).

Yeah it's definitely creaking a bit now, I only really use the iPod for podcasts anyway so storage not a problem. Plus after having this number for so long there are far too many people who know it.

Why would you have to change your number to change your phone? You don't even have to change your number to change networks any more.

Who turns off the lights for a whole bathroom?
