Nobody is because phonics keeps telling them it's shit.
I'll be playing it though.

They've just announced the Switch has sold 10 million units.
To put this in perspective, the PS4 (the most successful console of all time) sold a similar amount including Christmas and they haven't even gotten there yet.
I assume you mean fastest selling across a similar period. It'll pass the Wii U in another 3 million. Shows what having actual stock at launch can do for a company. Plus their release calendar has been nicely staggered.
Sale is on. Rocket league is £11.50 or something, worth it.
I got that Mario and the Rabbits thing. First I thought it was way too easy but now the difficulty has picked up and it is actually quite good. I really enjoy this type of game, might have to get Disgaea too.
There is a switch shaped gift under my tree
Congratulations on your new Game Gear.
I bought Overcooked and Lego Marvel 2 in the sales.
Both awesome and perfect for the switch.
Overcooked ends up almost impossible.
I'm a twit
Wouldn’t fancy overcooked without 3-4 players.
Anywhere doing cheaper credit for the store on this?
Tried it with 2 and we were shit.
Going to try with 4 tomorrow.
Also loving the Mario/Rabbids game as well, reminds me a lot of Xcom which is always a good thing.
Get 5% off from Facebook (need to be on desktop, not mobile afaik) or Apple Pay and you can get £25 for £23.55 at CDKeys.
Lots of games can be had cheaper from different countries. Check here: https://eshop-prices.com

The Swiss are getting robbed.
What’s the deal with the online games, can you buy every game from the store or just a select few?
There’s loads that are 33% off today.
Haven’t looked to see if the physical copies are the same mind you.
Picked up Rocket League and Stardew Valley for a tenner each just there.
I'm not saying they don't have sales
All physical games are available for sale on the digital store. You're able to exchange money for a digital product rather than a physical one.
I have no idea what that post means.
Your post and my response were pretty clearly understood and I agreed with what you were saying.
Be my friend boys

Think I’m going to get Golf Story, Sonic Mania and even though I own it on steam, Stardew Valley. £36 of good times I think.
Very tempted by Stardew Valley. The only thing putting me off is the knowledge of how many hours I lost to Harvest Moon back in the day.....
I played it a fair bit on PC, it suits the switch so well, pick up do a day and put it down.

I'll add the codes in this thread now.
Edit- I only found Mike and Mahow. Anyone else who has posted a code post it again or add me instead.

Add away, got MK8 now if someone wants to get hammered online.
Took the plunge on Stardew. Man am I shit at fishing.
I love it
Haven’t cracked the fishing yet either.

Got my first fish
I've caught 3 or 4 but still failing about 75% of the time. Hopefully it gets easier later on.
Lads we've got enough for 4 2v2 rocketleague matches. Jump on the Discord and let's get a tourney going.
I've got an Elgato so we can stream the whole thing and I'll unleash some epic #ESPORTS commentary.
You’ve lost me after the first sentence but I do indeed have rocket league.
As I feared, I lost a whole day to this game.
Almost finished two seasons on Stardew, I'm going to have to force myself to cut back soon.
I'm close to entirely binning off crop farming, other than to make stuff to complete the lists in the community centre or whatever it's called. While I can make a nice profit on it every now and then it's a lot of work and drains my character's energy which I need for mining. That and I make way more money from my chickens. God knows how big this mine is, I'm through 50 levels. It's brilliant though.
I’m just starting summer. Almost got enough for a chicken coop.
You’re right about the crop farming but its quite lucrative.
Probably make just as much down at the pier fishing all day though tbh.
What’s the money like from the chickens? Decent?
Your best bet (from what I've seen) is to make the Mayonnaise Machine as soon as you can once you get a Chicken because Mayonnaise sells for about 250 for a regular and more if you get a "large" egg. Eggs themselves only go for about 50. I currently have 4 Mayonnaise Machines (because it takes 3 hours and I hate having to go home every 3 hours) and 4 chickens so they're netting me roughly 1000 a day for next to no work. I'm hoping to expand to the 'Large Coop' shortly so I can incubate some more Chickens and try and get through 2 cycles of Mayo per day.
I've really not done any fishing since the earlier posts but I have noticed there's a collection for fish in the community centre so I need to start looking at that.
Edit- Oh, make sure you build a Stilo (which is cheap to make) before the Coop too, otherwise you'll struggle to feed them, especially when it rains (when it's sunny you can just let them go outside and find grass to eat).
80 levels into the mines now. Will it ever end?
Think there’s 100 mines. I’ve not even dabbled yet.
Also, my community centre is still a ruin, do you need to do something specific to move that story forward?
Did you get invited to go and see a Wizard? Once you see him, he'll translate the weird book that's in there and then if you go back there it will give you a list of items that they want and bringing them all of the items will give you rewards/unlock more lists.
Yeah done the first part but haven’t went back in to see him again. Will get on that.
You don't need to go back to the Wizard, you go back to the community centre and read the document again.
A year down in Stardew and I’m well and truly hooked. Winter was fucking tough not least of all because I didn’t have enough animal food and had to spend 6 grand on it. Having a whole season relying on animals and fishing did my farm the world of good though and I now have 7 chickens, 1 duck, 3 cows and a goat. Got the watering can, axe and pickaxe upgraded to gold and the kitchen added to the house. Also finally reached level 6 fishing which is the breakthrough level and makes it much easier.
I just bought it, no idea what I'm doing.
To begin with you don't have much money so you'll want to focus on growing crops, fishing, foraging (going around finding shit on the floor which is worth money) and sorting out the huge amounts of wood/rock that cover your farm. I would suggest building chests when you can and storing one of everything (e.g. one turnip, one whatever else you choose to grow) in case you need them for missions or for the community centre later on, but past that just sell everything you can and try and rack up money and materials (wood/stone) so that you can build stuff later.
Getting a head of steam now.
Halfway through summer. Furnace is going, the jam maker and the thing to get maple syrup from the trees.
Been down about 10 levels in the mines, pretty boring.
Chicken coop is set up but fucking Marnie seems to take every other day off so haven’t been able to buy any yet.
Is there an easy way to see how much each item sells for? Just seem to be selling and hoping for the best here.
Also, went back to the community centre and the only options I seemed to have were around foraging parcels that didn’t make much sense. Any tips?
Mahow there a whole load of handy article should online to get you started.
https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/kotak...1762894608/amp
Just found this which is quite handy. There’s a link in there detailing how much each item gets you when selling too.
The mine is pretty much essential to get a lot of materials, unfortunately.
Marnie is shut 2 days a week I believe, it fucked me over when I needed that 6 grand of food. Hopefully you bought a Silo first, if not, get that before any chickens or you'll struggle to feed them.
The only way to find out what they sell for, that I know of, is online. The Wiki is pretty damn good. I wouldn't worry too much though, just sell anything you don't need to keep. General rule is making it into an artisan good (Mayonnaise, Cheese, Alcohol etc) will increase the value a lot so I tend to do that whenever possible.
You have to complete one of the sets, so do the Summer one if you're half way through Summer. The Summer foraging bundle is just Grapes, Spice Berry and Sweet Pea all 3 of which are easy to find in summer. Find one of each, take them there, put them in and it should open up other bundles. You'll have to wait for the respective seasons to do the other foraging bundles.
Did any of you get into Golf Story?
Yeah, I finished it.
Thought it was brilliant.
You won't be. To get the Greenhouse you have to complete all the bundles in that room so it isn't possible to do it until at least Winter. The melon will give you a reward thoughToggle Spoiler
Edit- Oh there is no Winter Bundle, so I guess you could conceivably do it in Fall, but you'd need a hell of a lot of luck to get all the animal stuff in that time.
Fishing is so fucking gay.
