Thinking we would lose to Hungary is just mental.
We will get to the quarters and then Payet will see us off.

Not winning that group should be enough on its own, to be honest. Fucking awful.
Get Big Sam in.
And England have? Wales are a decent side but went into the game (especially so in the second half) with an inferiority complex, Russia are absolutely mince and Slovakia were asking to be turned over.
England have a decent team but are completely shackled by Hodgson who sets up to not lose.
Get Pochettino in. He has the exact same players playing much better every week. Let him do both jobs if he wants, fuck it.
Yeah we need more Spurs input. Bunch of winners that they are.
We've just seen Leicester fucking City win the Premiership, England losing to a well drilled Hungary side isn't too implausible.
The risk aversion by these teams is unbelievable. If you're Slovakia with 4 points, you know you're going to play either Germany or Spain in the next round (if you even qualify), which means you're out. Qualification at 0-0 would be (is) like, what, an 80% certainty? Say they have a 10% of winning against either of those teams, that an 8% of getting to the quarters if they sit back and defend. If they go for a goal, there's probably like 30% chance they win, 50% chance nobody does, 20% England wins, and out of that 20% there's still upwards of 50% chance Slovakia qualifies for the next round. Whatever the likelihood of them getting to the quarters that way, it's much higher than if they sit back and play for a 0-0. So why do they do that? Are all of these managers a) too stupid to do basic probability, or b) too afraid of not getting to the round of 16? Surely a small team getting to the quarters is a greater success than not getting to the r.16 is a failure. It makes no sense. But then humans are so afraid of perceived failure that maybe it does.
I think you could predict most knockout games by the cosmic unchanging order of international football. England would beat Hungary but go out to Portugal, for instance. England-France might be a bit of a toss-up honestly.
Is Bale leadin the top goal scorer chart?
I'm a twit
I've woken up still pissed off. Fucking Wales. Jesus.
All I want is one England knock out game to enjoy while I'm away. Just one. I'm not away until the day of the first quarter final. Useless cunts.
England's win over Hungary will be a torturous one, but a quarter-final defeat to France will be perceived by the FA as a great success.
Wise Woy piloting us into a weak quarter of the draw (France are shite).
Only thing is we're going to have to beat some more herders on penalties to get there, which could be problematic. We'll fuck the French up though, well, we could. Either way there's going to be a tasty semi. As to whoever it was saying about playing like Fulham, that's exactly what England should do. They are the international equivalent of Fulham's level when Woy was in charge there, and that style of management is what he is suited to doing - not going out and dominating games as the better side.
Vardy should only play against teams we consider better than us, Sturridge if we are the better team (so not much from now on).
Clyne should play at left back if Walker has to start as he is the best full back we have.
The French will do us. The rule is that we have to lose, preferably on penalties, to any country remotely considered a top top football power.
History suggests a quarter final exit to France on pens. Might drop Skybet an email.
How did Hodgson keep his job after the world cup?
He probably sucked Greg Dyke off.
Because it's acceptable to lose to Uruguay and Italy despite Costa Rica winning the group.
Group F runner up outcome:
Last night was horrific, but the outcome's not too bad really. Cosmic lolz if Wales get Croatia.
This is so retarded.
So what has to happen, aside from the Czechs moving above Croatia, for Wales Vs Croatia? I'm hoping for that now.
So we might end up being better off in second? lol Wales Roy is a genius.
In the round of 16, but their quarter-final should be much easier.
I'd rather play the French than the Belgians. At lest with the former we're the underdog and they have to come at us, and when we do lose, at least it wasn't to fucking Belgium and the haircut.
Has to be related to the minimum expectations by the FA's and the acceptability of losing to a Tier 1 nation in the Round of 16 versus an emotionally perhaps more frustrating close / unlucky defeat to a Tier 2 nation in the Round of 16 + gambling and finishing 4th in the group stage.
Zlatan has announced his retirement from the national team after this championship.
So whoever gets third in Group C, Albania (lol) and Slovakia are pretty much through to the next round then?
I reckon it's a shootout between the Czechs and Sweden for the other spot.
Zielinski and Kapustka is banging from Poland.
Albania aren't, their goal difference could cost them depending on results.
If Northern Ireland lose here by no more than 3 goals, they will slot in above Albania so will then only need one more team to finish below them.
Why isn't the Ukraine Poland game on?
NI are gonna struggle to keep their goal difference down by the looks of it. Getting carved open at will. German finishing has been poor though
I predicted 2-0.
To be fair to the keeper he's keeping them in it.
This is going to be a draw, isn't it? Germany's finishing as bad as England imo
1-0 would suit Germany just fine, wouldn't it?
Muller is having a Ronaldo day.
